LB Civil Construction, Inc. is a California Corporation that was founded in 2006 in San Diego, California. We currently hold A-General Engineering and B-General Building licenses in California and are a small business both on the state and federal level. In addition, we are a certified HUB Zone contractor.

The company founders both hold Civil Engineering degrees and collectively have 33 years experience with large, national, heavy civil construction firms prior to establishing LB Civil. We have extensive experience in the Southern California region over the last 16 years. LB Civil Construction was awarded the “Contractor of the Year” for 2011 by the American Public Works Association (San Diego/Imperial Counties).
